Job description

For 30 years, we have been developing innovative, cloud-based Workforce Management (WFM) solutions that help companies worldwide plan and manage their teams more effectively, as well as optimize their workforce processes.

As a Content Creator (f/m/d), you will join our Global Marketing team at our headquarters in Düsseldorf. In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing our marketing strategy to life by creating compelling content that inspires, informs, and engages our target audiences. Your work will be central to our mission: turning prospects into leads and leads into loyal customers by showcasing the value of our cloud-based SaaS solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Take full ownership of all written content and external communications in English.

  • Conduct research and interviews to identify industry trends and insights, transforming them into thought-provoking, value-driven content.

  • Create engaging and high-quality copy—from blog articles and newsletters to thought leadership pieces and email campaigns—that resonates with prospects throughout the buyer’s journey.

  • Adapt content to different audiences, buyer personas, and stages of the funnel.

  • Repurpose content for a wide range of digital channels, including our website, blog, landing pages, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media.

  • Build and manage a network of external blog contributors.

  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, grammar, and style, while consistently reflecting our brand voice.

Job requirements

What you bring to the role:

  • Native-level English with excellent writing, grammar, and editing skills.

  • Strong research and interviewing abilities to uncover relevant topics and insights.

  • Proven experience in producing creative and impactful content for digital channels.

  • Ability to write in a variety of styles to engage different audiences.

  • Affinity for B2B technology topics and enthusiasm for making complex subjects accessible.

  • Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and an open, proactive personality.

What we offer:

  • Benefits: A hybrid working model, 30 days holiday, job bike, public transport ticket or free parking, company pension scheme, corporate benefits program, high-end IT equipment (including MacBook).

  • Feel-good atmosphere: This includes a state-of-the-art office in Düsseldorf’s Medienhafen, free full catering (breakfast, lunch, snacks, drinks), team and company events.

  • Flexibility: Do you need to adjust your working hours (part-time/full-time) or take time out (sabbatical) because your life situation has changed? If we are a match, we make many things possible.

  • Creative freedom: Bring your ideas to the table, and we'll give you plenty of freedom for your creative development.

  • Individual development: We value our employees’ personal growth. So, if you're not just looking for a job but opportunities to develop further, you've come to the right place.

  • Further training: Constantly broaden your horizons! At our open spaces, workshops, conferences, in-house meet-ups and events, or learning from mistakes.

  • Onboarding: Your direct colleagues will provide you with comprehensive training and will always be on hand to answer your questions.

  • ... and lots more.
